For those who've not kept in touch with me, here's a quick update on what's been happening.
I'm working already as you can see from the past blog post. But the only thing that's been missing are the long awaited photos I've promised many. Thanks for being so patient with me ok. So here goes. This is the place that I'm managing. And yes, I am indeed very happy working there. Along the way, I'll share with all why.
This is what you'll see when you come up the escalator to Lvl 3 of Parco. Our unit is #03-18/19 by the way. (We haven't put the unit no. yet! Oh well...)

This was featured in 'Today' papers last Saturday. For those who take the MRT and grab the papers along the way, yes, I'm working there. These are our Occupation Pens ($9.90 per pen, refills are $1.00)

And last but not least...
Pathlight Doodle Notebooks. I find these items super adorable as they're being doodled by students from Pathlight. I super ♥ the 'Three Little Pigs' notebook. Uber nice! If you're wondering where the hell Pathlight is, here you go,

Swarovski stuff. Loads of it. And it comes in different kinds of things from jewellery, stationery, bags, accessories etc. Prices vary.
Musical Wind Up Airplane/Ferris Wheel. ($79.00) They really sound damn nice.
ONLY products. Made from Genuine Leather. Products range from keychain, namecard holder, bracelets/necklaces, mini leather bags etc. Prices vary too.
GREEN items (Sellubrious). All recycled. These little bags/pouches are made from reused drink packets from Philippines. It is a collaboration with a Womans' Cooperative to come together with under privilege women and doing their bit for recycling. Really damn cool. I bought 2 myself, and another 2 more for Jie Joanna and Heidi. Jie Jessica got one too but she came earlier and bought it la.

Candy Favours. 20 cents per sweet from the top rack and from $0.50 onwards on the bottom shelf. (I only took a few sweets but there's a variety of designs)
One of my favourites. Bag 'O' Blood. Weird eh... We've got Plasters, Bloody Gummy Fingers, Grape flavoured Mustaches, Candy bones, Candy bracelets etc.

Need to wrap a gift? We have wrapping papers of various designs plus ribbons to compliment that special gift to that special someone...
German Plywood Clocks. (Please don't buy these items for Birthdays ok!) Anyway, they make good House Warming Gifts. We sold a hell lot already. Awaiting for more designs to come in.

Oh ya, another cool recycled product:
Ecosilk Bags. Comes in 2 designs. Rosette (12.90) and plain ones ($9.90). There was a lady who came, I explained how the bag can help us and she just bought 10 from me. Muahaha! We get tais² how visit Parco. So when it comes to shopping for them, they don't look at price. They only look at how nice/unique/'blinged' the items are.

This is similar to the Wall Street Bull. We have the Bear and Bull statues too. And they're really a hit in Parco and you know why?! We have banks around us! Hehehe... Coincidentally, all our clients who buy from us are either bankers, brokers, financial execs etc. Well, we had one client who bought and he was none of the occupations mentioned. He was just a Bull statue collector! Hmm...
Well, to date, we've sold like around 5? There're some reservations already too. The most expensive is the one that you've seen in the pic. Looks small but it's a whopping
30kg!!!
Price? Hahahaha... $1088.00... And the bestest part?? There's a client who already wanted it... ARGH! What's the world coming to... well, who cares man! I'm happy...
Some other Novelty items...
These are not Novelty ya. They're cards and as you can see, and from Hallmark. Good cards can never be found elsewhere except from Hallmark. Prices are quite steep, but there're people who'll still pay loads for good cards.
We had this lady who bought $30.00 worth of cards yesterday, and then misplaced it somewhere in the shopping centre! Wahaha.
Well, there're still quite a no. of things which I didn't take a pic of cos I was busy talking to my staff and laughing like hell cos there was really nothing for us to do on weekdays. Haha. After the lunch crowd, *poof* the whole place turns into another ghost town! Haha.
Good news is that we're opening another outlet soon! Hopefully in July 2010. Stay tuned for more info on that ya!That's all for now. I'm really sleepy now. (I actually have another int tomorrow to go for. They called me up twice just to schedule an int with me. I rejected them once, but they find me again. Is that a sign? Hehe... I don't know. No harm trying though)
