I had one of the best meals yesterday lah...
Damn shiok, esp after a hard day's work! Met up with him yesterday for dinner at JP. And now that they have this basement jappy aisle kinda thing, the whole row has nothing but jap restaurants. The whole place is also decorated with jappy things.
So we went to Kuishin-Bo to try and it turned out rather nice. The food was freshly cooked, even the food left at the warmers were still piping hot and crispy if necessary. Just the 2 of us, we ate this much...................................

I was suppose to meet up with kor yesterday, but then I had to meet him. So I told kor that I was meeting him and that can only make time after the dinner and so on. Did ask him to join us for dinner though, but he said that he would be like a 'lightbulb'! Muahaha... so he didn't join us la. So anyway, tried contacting him after the dinner, but to no avail. He ended up playing snooker with friends. So nvm. I will meet up with him another time.

As mentioned in my prev post, I cooked soup for my family right?!
My famous Mushroom soup! Joy, Mummy, Daddy, Heidi, Sha... all loved it so much! Hehehe.
Then Mummy prepared the Portebello mushroom for grilling. Portebello mushroom with marinated chicken mixed with root vegetables.
Sounds pro eh...?It turned out damn nice. Even though Mummy was trying this recipe out for the first time. The prev time we cooked it was just with normal, non-marinated chicken. This time was even nicer!
Brought it to work the next day too! In a thermos flask. Mummy prepared it for me. Hehehe. Shared it with Sha and she totally loved it la! Benny tried it and he said that it tasted like Campbell mushroom soup!
Idiot~! But ok la, I take it as a compliment... to think that it tastes just as good as the canned, thoroughly supervised, finest ingredients specially selected kinda soup! Hehehe...
Ok la, enough of the crap. I'm going home le! Guess where I am?!
