4th day of MC

I miss work~!

I miss doing tours~!

I miss my colleagues~!

I miss my buddies at work~!

Aww man... this feels bad. How come ppl MC they happy to stay home, but i'm not ah?! Weird right?! Anyway, I really DO miss work. All the good times at work, laughing, joking, laughing, laming...

Ok la, enough said, I'm gonna go back to work on Tue anyway. Hehehe. It's approaching soon. I would rather have something to do, then nothing to do at all. Whee~

I'm getting a bit bored staying at home. Gotta keep putting that eyedrop (which stings like hell la... as if putting acid in the eye), gotta make sure that nothing dirty gets in my eye so I regularly check the mirror, must make sure that things around me are clean...

Argh... Like some clean freak maniac... but this is something which I honestly think it's damn serious la. Cos it's the eye, an irreplaceable organ of the body.

So to everyone out there: Please do take care of your hygiene and cleanliness in the house and your workplace. Dust particles or any other substances that gets in your eye is serious. Don't treat it as just 'something', and then leave it alone. Wearing of contact lenses is even much more serious. It's putting an external 'something' into your eye! Come to think of it, can u imagine placing a plastic film on your eyeball?! It's something not meant to be there, but we put it there so that we don't have to wear specs and look nicer?!

Hmm... and even if you wanna wear it, you gotta make sure it's damn bloody clean before putting it into your eyes ok?! No joke ya. The casing has to be discarded like maybe every 2 weeks-1 month. This is for hygiene purposes. And for those who've got degrees that are damn high, you may wanna consider going for Lasik. I think it's a much better alternative then putting a plastic film in your eye!!!

Please read the small article below:

Corneal Ulceration

One of the most dreaded complications of contact lens wear is corneal ulceration. This is a bacterial infection of the cornea, which is nearly always bacterial in origin. The condition usually presents with a red, painful eye with discharge, and perhaps poor or reduced vision. The patient may occasionally observe a white spot on the cornea of the involved eye. If the diagnosis of corneal ulceration is confirmed, the ophthalmologist may or may not take a culture, and antibiotic eye-drops are then administered. The patient is usually followed daily until the condition resolves. Permanent visual loss occurs in some patients despite early therapy, depending mostly on what part of the cornea (central or peripheral) is most affected.

This is really how my ulcer looks like. According to the doc, thankfully it's below the iris, which is the centre small little black ball. (Btw, in case u didn't know, that's the part where u see things with ok!)

There're actually more pics that I wanted to show you guys, but then I didn't wanna gross you out la. So nvm. Another time then~!

So ppl, I'm serious. Please take hygiene really seriously. And just to share with you, as mentioned above, luckily the ulcer is below my iris, cos any small ulcer on the iris itself, can lead to blindness! And also, this ulcer is gonna leave a scar on my cornea. So that means once the ulcer is inactive, it's gonna be a small white speck on my cornea!! That's the severity of it.

No laughing matter ok ppl... It's painful and the agony you've gotta go through, going to the hospital, coming home, putting the medicine and then having to have sleepless nights, and then the next morning going back to the hospital, and then having to come home, putting the medicine every hr AGAIN and the next morning having to go to the hospital AGAIN................. having this 7 days MC is totally not fun AT ALL~!

Ok la... don't talk about it already.

My 4th Review at the hospital is on Monday. Let's all just pray that my eye is gonna heal, and that I'm gonna have good vision for Kosenrufu!

to be cont...
