SHOPPING LA!

first of all, woke up early this morning to get ready for the photo shoot. it was Jie Jessica's Wedding photo shoot today. but we went bcos of the family photo. how come leh? well, i've been part of their family since... forever... and it's my big sis's wedding coming up. today was the day that she was gonna get her photos done so that's why the whole family was there at Santiago @ Tanjong Pagar. the photo shoot was suppose to be at 12pm, but she told us to be there earlier. so we did. but ended up too early. so we went for breakfast first. ate Xiao Long Bao and Deep Fried Prawn fritters. total bill : $48. but it was worth it. it's seldom that we get to eat all together. so at abt 11.55am, we headed back to the studio where we had to climb 3 storeys just to get there!!! (but at least can burn the fats la!)

upon reaching the studio, it was mummy's turn for make-up, Jie Jessica was already all dolled up. damn pretty. i love her gown. 'custom-made' specially for her. she wanted it designed in such a way. so we started dressing up and putting on our make up. after getting all dressed up, we went in to the studio for the photo shoot which only lasted less than 15mins! dressing up and putting on make up took almost 15mins as well. hahaha! once the photos have been taken, we left the place cos Jie Jessica had to continue taking more photos.

first stop, we went to International Plaza cos Jie Jo wanted to see her exam place. but the darn lady didn't let her go in recee the place. no materials are allowed and bla bla bla. so fine, we left the place and headed to Tanjong Pagar MRT. both ah jon and Jie Jo decided to go back home cos Jie had to study, and ah jon wanted to go home sleep i suppose, or if the weather was good he'd go swimming. so it was down to heidi and i.

i wanted to go to orchard to look see things. so we went together. first stop was Taka. not knowing how come, the first place we dropped by was Louis Vuitton Boutique. i was scouting around for something nice but sadly nothing caught my eye. next stop was On Pedder.

so after purchasing, we went to continue walking. stopped by Delifrance for lunch though. was damn hungry. before that we went to Kinokuniya to buy some books. i, as usual, would get my Nail Up series from Jap. this time it was of cos 2008 series already. damn nice.

Lunch cost me $39 i think. nice lunch. then after lunch we decided to walk more inside Taka shopping area. heidi saw cute things she wanted to get, so we hung around that place for a while. after that, we hopped around looking for a cobbler to enquire on the sole protector. but no cobbler in Taka. the On Pedder guy said that there was one in Paragon. i tell u, he had one charming smile ok! a smile that would allow u to remember it for quite a long while. damn! so anyway, we headed over to Wisma first cos heidi wanted to get a pair of Betula. so we went there to check out the sandals. once again, another cute sales guy! so anyway, she manage to get one pair.

after getting the sandals, we went up to the 2nd floor toilet cos 1st floor crowded. after toilet, we came down the escalator and saw Dorothy Perkins.


wahhhhhhhhh... damage no. 3 & 4 & 5
actually, some of the clothes was yesterday's damage. like the gold stripped one, the red stripped one, the black pants on the left and the black vest. those were bought for today's photo shoot.
Price: $201 after 10% discount. i wanted to use the M'sia Discount card. but i was eligible to sign up for the SG one, so i did. the M'sia one didn't allow me to accumulate points. only the SG one did. so apply lor! today's damage was the green t-shirt & the belt and some of heidi's clothes.
Price: $78 (she also said that she'll pay me back. we shall see la!)
last but not least for the clothes is the red one. that's from Zara. heidi also bought some clothes. in the end also i pay first.
Price: $82.60 (she also ALSO said that she'll pay me back)

after the transaction, we walked on and decided that the last place would be Tangs cos i wanted to get something else.

so after getting all those stuff, i wanted to go home already. then again i remembered that Paragon had the cobbler. so i tot might as well go check it out first before heading home. but sadly that cobbler didn't have transparent sole protectors. cos Loubies are all red soles. having any other coloured protectors will be a pity. so nvm. we shall hunt for transparent ones ok.

so at Paragon, we didn't get anything. heidi wanted to go to Nue to see more shoes. but we couldn't find the shop. then we realised that it was no longer there. we went to the info counter to ask and they said that Nue had already moved out. sad.

so after that we took a cab home.

there you have it. yesterday and today's spendings. i'm sure there's a few things i might have missed out. if i did i will add them in another time round. for now, i gtg sleep. tmr am working man! nitey night.
