Erm, i'm on MC today due to a back injury on Monday. Played tug-of-war and i think i sprained my back.

Went to the doc last night, did an X-Ray... was given some medicine. And 1 day MC. Luckily for the MC, if not i think i sure die. Cos it was damn painful man. That Radiographer asked me to lie down on the plank for the X-Ray, i nearly died halfway. Cos the plank was damn hard and cold. Kinda aggrevated the backache.
Well, at least i get to rest a day. Haha! Hopefully by tonight the pain is not that bad ba...
Damn, still gotta go return the CDs that we borrowed from VideoEZ. Hmph...
Ok la... gotta go rest.
