Goodbye to unemployment... Hello to Payday!
Yes, you're right, i've gotta job...And this time, it's for real ok.
I've gotten a job in Singapore Discovery Centre.
I applied for a position of Guest Services Associate, but they gave me Senior Guest Services instead. Muahaha.
So, i guess this is really goodbye to the relaxation and hello to hardwork!! Best part of all would be the benefits. Cos after the 3 months probation, i would be given an increment based on my performance (which would be good!) and then followed by variable bonuses... and of cos AWS (which is the 13month bonus). So bonuses, bonuses and more bonuses... Goodie!
Another benefit would be Christopher who called me last night, asking me to join him in a new Pastry outlet that's offering him a good pay. He needs to bring in strong pastry ppl with him to start a Production kitchen. And he thought of me! Aww.... how sweet right?! But he did bare in mind that i've left the kitchen side for quite sometime already. So pay might not be that good. But then, it is still the interest that got me enquiring more from him! Cos if the new boss is the sort who's willing to pay... then why not man!! Hehehe...
So once again, it just comes to a time that Cheryl Tan is no longer as free as a bird and has to be called up for appointments and bookings again! Muahaha. Well, it ain't that difficult to reach me. I'm alwiz contactable at my hp. You guys know right!? But only sometimes difficult for me to ans la. Either meetings, work or out with family... and if the place is noisy... cannot hear ma!
Well, SOMEONE has clear eyesight now! And that's none other than our darling Maybel... she just went for her Lasik on Wed. Giving her 6/6 for her left eye and 6/9 for her right. Not bad. Well... at least u got almost perfect vision man! Not like anyone else ard u. Except for that 'hao lian' eagle eyed bugger! (Hope u know who i'm talking abt... i think Joy does!)
Next up would be me, i wan perfect eyesight too... = )
Keep a good look out for my CRAVINGS list cos it'll be updated more often once i start work which would be officially as of next Tue... 10/7/2007. SDC is closed on Mon la... hahaha.
