Soon, it'll be the start of the first day, Monday, and then it'll be another tormenting week before another weekend. But Sat still gotta work. Haiz. It's a vicious cycle man! But oh well, I asked for it. It's a job I wanted. Come to think of it, i'm not totally hating this job. I am enjoying it, but it's just that at times you overwork yourself to the extend you forget about the rest of civilisation! Your family, your relationship, your friends and your other commitments. I do blame myself for not being able to juggle time properly. But, rest assure I am trying my best ok. Though it may seem that i'm not, and that i'm not putting in enough effort, I am ok. So pls stop haunting me by saying that i'm not putting in enough effort. It's already tiring enough.
Haiz...had a refreshing round of badminton yesterday. Damn fun but i'm having muscle aches now. But, no biggy! It's not as bad as previous times. Not so painful, just a little sore. But i tell you...the bloody court near my place, Blk 509, cost $10.50 man! For 2 hrs, one court, it's a freakin $10.50. I'm never gonna book a court there again. Too ex already. Furthermore, it's TOWN COUNCIL. How can they charge the usage of the court at such a high price?! Thank god I can afford man. What abt the other residents, I don't think they think the same way as me by telling themselves that it's just one time off. Siao ar! Charge so ex for wat?! Work Permit application for 2 yrs also cheaper man!
Grrr...thinking of that makes me damn sore! Okok, drfiting past that, let's drive down memory lane... I used to remember the times when I was in Pri Sch, I use to frequent that badminton hall and me and my badminton gang would play there! And it was free...cos no one came to check. And then we would play for hours before going home. We all used to bring along our rackets to school, just in case we wanna play after school. And it did pay off, I manage to enter the school team. BUT, i had to quit cos I was putting in too much effort in badminton that it resulted in my grades not being very good. Haiz, young la...didn't think of studies much ma. And then when I went to Sec sch, I wanted to cont in badminton, but DRAMA came into the scene and then I acted my way through a grade A1 in my CCA points. Hahaha. Damn funny but it's true la. Well, after Sec sch, I went into SHATEC where I learned Pastry & Baking. And now that I've graduated, I'm in customer service line! Hmm...weird right, but it's true...I enjoy working in a customer service line, it's the ability to work with the customers that makes the job interesting. All the different types of customers that calls in into the Contact Centre, the kinds of enquiries they make (sometimes quites stupid) and being able to have the ability to participate in the CCAS Awards (FYI, I got into the Finalist of Best Contact Centre Team Leader 2006). It was hell of an experience, bringing my family for this Awards and all. From the shopping for a gown, to making of nails, to doing of makeup and hair, to being 'chauffeured' to the Hotel and to going up on stage to getting the Award. All this was a damn good experience. I'm glad that my company had 2 winners...in fact, all of us are winners...but there's 2 who won the trophey. Both Jessy and Patrick. Happy for them!
Ok la, i shall just end here first...we'll talk more later.... Cheerio!!
