Why do you have to keep saying that...?? WHY?? You know what your problem is? It is that u don't have self confidence in urself at all. All u keep doing is telling ppl that no one is teaching u, no one seems to be talking and/or lunching with u, keep on saying that u are NEW, i can't take that u know. There's a limit for everything, as long as u do not cross that limit, whatever that happens can still be forgivable, but once u crossed that line, do not expect ppl to empathise, care, or for that matter even look at u! Cos u don't even have that slightest bit of respect from others anymore! Esp ME!
I know that on Fri was the first time ever that i got so angry to the extend no one dared to say anything to me. It has been a long time since i last gotten so angry with anyone!!! Could really feel that my blood pressure was almost at the top already!!! Kinda felt that if one more person comes and piss u off, you'd burst!!! Well, in the first place, nothing would have happened if you would just come up to me and task me that complain to do. But NOOOOO, you had to come up to me, ask me why is it like that, how come it's like that, how it can be prevented, what are the probable reasons that resulted in the complain...and bla bla bla...and then come and write an email asking me to do the whole damn bloody thing again. I took the initiave to even travel from Cindy's table to Jessy's table just to show u the hard copy of the revocation letter and then even went to Dian's table to run through the probables again...and then after that, all those time were wasted cos u had to write a bloody email asking me to do the whole damn thing again! And worst, after that whole incident, i found out that u still had the cheek to tell ppl that no one taught u how to use Leap II?? WTF...trying to get me to whack u left right centre right? Further on later, when in boss's room, still talk one whole crap shit stuff and the 'best' part was when u asked all the TLs to stay back to do callback!!!

Pls have the common sense to know that all of us are not orphans, neither are we that damn bloody hell free to do all these kinda rubbish after working hours! We have our family members to have dinner with and spend time with. There are some who are married or who have bfs. And i'm one of them. So don't make me do all this freaking things at the end of the day. Yes, i understand that we may be the TLs, but that doesn't mean that we're so damn free to even stay back after work to do CALLBACKS! If it's other ad hoc stuff, i still don't mind as it's within my job scope, but CALLBACKS?! You siao ar... You may be free to do all this la, but sorry ar, we're not. So if u like, u can stay and do, but i would say that all the rest of us wouldn't.
Haiz...pls get it into ur thick numskull that we're damn tired after the whole day of operation and complains that we might have to do, it drains almost half of my life towards the end of the day already. So pls don't give us all this unnecessary things to do. Furthermore, do not keep on sms-ing ppl and telling ppl how great they are, we all know that he's great, he's a good manager, but stop boot-licking to that extend and make urself sound or look so useless. If you keep on doing that, all the more ppl would not respect u, ppl wouldn't even listen to u, or for that matter, ppl wouldn't even wanna look at u...all u will get are criticisms...Already there are ppl who do not respect u anymore, so don't make it worst and force all of us to boycott whatever you do in future. Ok? This are really words of wisdom coming from someone who has experienced this before. You won't like it. And if u still continue to do like what u did yesterday, no one, and i say, NO ONE, not even me, will give u slightest bit of respect anymore. If you don't succeed, try try again!!! Nothing is not possible in this world, esp not in Singapore. Chances are all we give, but if u don't even wanna take up this chance, then u are considered a loser already! You're not even trying lor!
