Sunday is gone, and then comes Mon...and Tue...and Wed...and Thu...and Fri...and then Sat...
Come to think of it...each day passes by damn fast. Today is already Sun, turning Mon in another hour plus. Tmr is another day of work and hell. New policy implementations, new Web portal, new this and that. Haiz. Jessy is not well, she's gonna see a doc, Richard is not coming in as well, needs time to go through his whole thick skull on what the hell is he doing...WHO ELSE?? Then comes the agents in the morning after i bathe, then only will the sms-es come in, telling me things like, " Cheryl, not feeling well, going to see a doc. Will update u later." It's like everyone has a script or something. Is it??
Sometimes when i come out from the bathroom, the last thing i dread looking at is my hp. When all the agents would sms me in the morning and tell me that they cannot make it to work cos it's either their relative passed away (which is not avoidable), they've fallen sick (which i feel is kinda avoidable if they did take care), they need to take urgent leave cos they need to bring their 'whoever' to the doc (which i think they can get someone else to bring), or even taking unpaid leave to sort things out which to them is personal (which i think is BULLSHIT). So what else can i ask for?! Full attendance? NEVER! The word here is NEVER. Cos i've never encountered a day whereby there's full attendance (i think there's only once, but that day Kee Siong didn't come cos he has reservist) so it's still not counted. So how? I also dunno la...i don't think anyone knows what kinda shit thing we're going through at work. Except those working in the call centres...only they would know how it's like having a whole call centre lacking of staff cos they're all either on AL, UL, Urgent Leave, MC or MIA. Argh!!!
Well, but i would sincerely like to thank all those who came back on Sat to assist with the new web portal thingy. I know it was rather last min that we asked u guys to help out, but the thing is that you all willingly did. Which i feel should be commented on...Thanks Guys!!!
And to those who did not help out, well, your turn will come tmr. When u all will go through whatever those Agents went through on Sat but worst, cos of the new policies...wahahaha!!! Evil...? Who cares...all that's important is everybody helping one another to assist not only in the Call Q but also each other when you encounter problems...pls everyone...we all have to help each other if not we'll all be like the Dominos...when one falls, all falls...then we all can sing '~Contact Centre's falling down, falling down, falling down...Contact Centre's falling down...my fair lady (and we all know who's name this should be ya...lemme give u a hint...it starts with the letter 'S')!!!~'
