Work? Life? Family? Dear? Friends? Well, haven't been blogging for a long long long time~! So here i am, blogging...
Firstly, i think i've been too busy till the extend i've neglected many things, including my own family for that fact. Not forgetting Dear! Lemme tell u why, i start work @ 8.30am, but gotta report by 8.15am for briefing every morning, cos i'm the one giving it...Boss thinks that i'm the one that can motivate them early in the morning! *bleah**Phooey* but i alwiz arrive ard 8am or few mins past that. Then after breifing, ard 8.27am or so, i'll get everyone to log on and be on 'Ready' mode. Meaning to say their phone should be ready to ans any calls that comes in ard that time. All calls comes in ard 8.29am - 8.30am. Cos sometimes when either Gladys or Nicole is not in yet (both are my TLs), i'll do the walking of the floor, meaning to walk ard and ensure that the Agents are ok, taking their calls, and also if they got any ques to ask they can ask me. Cool huh?!
NOT!!! Its freakin tiring lor, cos u gotta walk ard, ensure that Service Level (SL) is maintained, and also that all the Agents are on the line. Somemore my Boss is constantly giving me additional things to keep an eye on, or cases, or sometimes Service Recovery stuff to do. But all these are part and parcel of my job scope too. Btw, i'm an ATL, Assistant Team Leader. Can u believe it, there are times i even conduct interviews! Muahaha, all by myself, so whatever interviewees that comes in, if i were to interview, the selection would then be made by me, meaning to say that i have to ensure that they are reliable ppl, if not, DON'T HIRE THEM!!! (^_^)
Well, in my office, there are quite a number of ppl, there's Audrey, my big Boss, Patrick, my little Boss, then all the TLs, Nicole, Gladys, Khad, Stanley, and the ATLs, myself, Dian, Cheng Puay Shereen and Bryan. But the last 2 are leaving. (Yay!) So occassionally, there are meetings we have to attend, briefing by MOM ppl, training to go through and conduct (whether be it system training or product knowledge), staff to talk to or counsel, Admin stuff to do, attendance to counter check and tally, OT to sign, dinner/lunch to cater to, LOTSA emails to clear and so on... u think that's all? NO...not yet, more to come, morning briefing to prepare, floor to walk (hahaha, as in to ensure that all the Agents are fine), messages to convey, information or new policies to announce, notes to print, few complains and Service Recovery to do, call backs to do, lunchtimes to plan, encourage staff to do OT to clear outstanding things... and the list goes on and on... so u see, how on earth is Cheryl gonna split into so many fractions? Really can be tiring lor, all this are just part of the duties i gotta do, or an ATL has to do, but seems like i'm the only one doing, cos maybe little Boss entrust all this to me, trustworthy should i say? Maybe its cos i can ensure that its done and done well.
Apart from all the above, i gotta take calls as well. There's the less stress part. Well, most ppl would think that its difficult to take calls, but i like... hehehe, all the rest mentioned above don't have to do! Muahaha...but still go home late cos some of the things after work then do, so it becomes OT. Haiz... oh well, contract gonna end soon, i'm still contemplating whether i shud carry on, or leave, but i think i had enough 'fun' for this 6 months already. Should take a break. Go back to Hotel line?! Doesn't that mean i won't even have time for my passion, SHOPPING, SLEEPING, CHILLING OUT WITH MY COUSINS, MY FAMILY, MY DEAR!!! Argh...i also dunno, gotta think abt all this, and i gotta think fast, cos i ain't got much time to think anymore. Well, heng ar i not working today, at least can rest, but still gotta vacuum later, the house is in a mess man! Damn dusty balls~!
Dear is also damn pissed off abt me having to stay for OT majority of my time, its like i ain't got life ya know! But i really bo pian... sometimes i OT so often till i fall sick too, within a month i can fall ill 2-3 times...haiz...then weak till can everything also cannot do already. Mummy's pissed too.
I'M TRYING OK!! TRYING DAMN HARD LOR...PLS UNDERSTAND PPL...
But i've been spending some of my evenings with Dear or Mummy too. Or sometimes even the whole family. Not forgetting Gakkai activities as well. I'm currently ATL, Assistant YWD Dist Leader & FD IC too...so i really got quite a lot of things to juggle btwn, the meetings, my OT, my Gakkai meetings/activities, my family, Dear and once again the list goes on and on...
I MISS MY COUSINS TOO~ MAYBEL, JOY & PEARL...
I wan a life too ok~! Who doesn't...can u imagine i got colleagues asking me how come i ain't gotta life?! CRAP BALLS THIS PEOPLE...its not that i don't have, its just that i got lotsa things to do also...for some who knows, i stayed overnight twice to clear emails...NUTS RIGHT?? But that's considered night shift la. But who stays overnight to work?! My little Boss Patrick, myself and 2 email team. Haiz...oh well, that's my job...
Kk, i gtg, must vacuum the house before i go anywhere later, must mop too...Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) for a day...hehehe
