Talking to Baby on the phone and blogging as well. So here goes today's story.
I had a super tiring day today. Many orders, cake orders and so on. Valent (from Sales & Marketing) always order things like Strawberry tarts, Mango Tarts and swiss rolls. Haiz, and the thing is that they are all complimentary!! Meaning no need to pay la. Which is so full of shit cos we're working our butts off and all they do is just sign for the items. But who cares. Its always so that we have to do it for them. So i can't complain.
*We put down the phone le, he reached home.*
The thing which i regretted doing most of all.................................is calling Baby early in the morning when he doesn't even have class in the morning! I didn't know ma. So i tot it was like as usual, morning 7:45am wake him up to go bathe then go school. But then skali he tell me that he doesn't have classes in the morning! Hmm...so silly~
Ok, back to work, then after finishing all those orders, i was more free, but then there were many customers who came in to buy pastries, cakes and stuff. So i have to replenish those items lor. Every now and then, go Freezer get those frozen items, then must wait for it to defrost. After that still must deco. It takes a long time F.Y.I. (For.Your.Info) Then still got sandwich orders, but surprisingly, there wasn't one that requires me to do. Everytime i go to the walk-in fridge, an order comes in, and Violet does it. Hehehe~! Well, one thing good now is that the Atrium hired one more staff just for the Deli. Her name is Jocelyn. From Johor, just graduated from some college in Ipoh. Then coming over to Singapore to work in the F&B line for experience la. Previously she was working in the Front Office in one of the hotels in M'sia for abt 6 mths. After which she comes here to work. Got to know her better, we do chit chat when in the Deli. Cos if not very boring one eh! So at least now that she's there, i don't always have to look at my hp to see whether Baby msg/call me anot... (^_^)
~Phew~ Finally work was completed at 4 plus 5. Cos Shee Lee, together with Chef, came down to see if i needed help. So she actually stayed on to help me clear up so that we both can leave together. But then it seems like something cock up, so i told her to go first. But she insisted on helping me, so that we can leave together ma! So ok lor, but then as we were abt to leave, i was going upstairs to clear some stuff, Chef called her back in the help tie some ribbon for the Coffee Box that is on display. In the Deli, we're not only selling Pastry items, we're also selling Gourmet Coffee. Very fragrant. U guys should come buy it!!! Back to the story, Shee Lee was looking through the Cake Order file, and saw that we have a 2kg Chocolate Mousse cake ordered by a staff from PIE (also known as our HR Dept, they call themselves Peoples' Innovation & Education, or something like that!) So that cake was meant for someone from the Corporate Office. Its 2 persons birthday. Violet also told me that she informed Christopher abt it already. So when i was going up to clear those stuff, at the same time i went to ask Christopher whether he has done the cake. But guess wat, he told me that he doesn't know anything abt it!!! First thing in my mind was, "SHIT!, Violet told me that u know abt the order!" Then of cos he replied that he needs the Black and White and all those rubbish la. After that he started scolding me! Which in fact, in was kinda partially my fault, cos i didn't come up to double confirm. BUT, in the first place, by saying that u don't know abt the order, clearly shows that u are either covering ur own butt, or u are telling me that Violet is lying! Which i think its the covering ur own BloodyAssHole part la...never mind, rather then standing there to listen to all his crap, i made me way back down again to talk to Violet, and ask her whether she could call Priyanka, the lady who ordered the cake, to change it into something else, like maybe combine 2 cakes together or something la. Work something out. So in the end, Priyanka was nice enough to change the order. So i have to do 2 Choc Crunchy combine together. And furthemore, the Deco must be Wonderful. Cos its our promise to her! So ok lor, the problem is settled. But then i have to inform Christopher that the prob is settled, and just in case he wanted to do it, ask him not to. And in the end, he turned the whole prob back to my fault again! I cannot be bothered la. So i just said 'ok' to whatever he said. And u know wat, he was like telling me that next time he will do 'word of mouth' communication to me, and not show anymore paper work if its required to! Shit right, what kinda Supervisor is this?? F**k him la. I don't give a shit. Cos i only got another rough 4 mths to go for my attachment. After that i'm a free bird. So for now, i just tahan all their shit.
ARGH!!! So frustrating. Luckily Baby ard. If not i would have killed them on the spot with my just-sharpened-office-knife and twist their guts out and serve them for Staff Meal!!! Hehehe, so evil ar...BABY!!! Love ya lots. He's arranging some surprise thingy for me. I think i roughly know wat. But not too sure too. Well, some people think that 1st Mth Anni is important, and he thinks that way too. So he's planning something. Woo...so excited. Dunno what is it. Well, its for him to arrange la. I shall just sit back and enjoy the show. =P okok, i think its rather long le.
