8:26pm, cooling evening (Choc Buffet ma...so use Brown for alphabets!)

Haiz...so the day has come, for the Chocolate Buffet at my hotel to start. Its gonna be so different k. First, the cake counter has all chocolate stuffs in one trolley. Ranging from Choc Muffins, Choc Croissants and also Choc Raspberry Doughnuts. And in the afternoon, there'll be a Earl Grey Tea Mousse, Lavender Bittersweet Tart, Raspberry Chocolate Crunchy, Choc Souffle, and one more Choc Mousse. All sweet stuffs on that trolley. Selling at $5+++ i think, or at least something like that la.
This morning, i had to pick Chef up along the way. Btw, if i haven't mentioned, both my Asst. Pastry and Pastry Chef are staying nearby. Chef Philip in Jurong East and Christopher in Jurong West, which is also just next junction from me! Hahahax...so sometimes when i finish work late, he'll send me home along the way. So back to work, this morning when i went up to get the Bakery items down, Chef was telling me that things are changing downstairs. So he asked me to go slow first, then he can set up together with me. Hehehe. Good good. At least i don't get screwed if anything goes wrong. There's someone to share the 'burden' with me! And its my one and only CHEF!!!
So anyway, when he came down, i was expecting that we would be late. Cos we're suppose to have the trolley out by 8am! Ms Wong, one of the EXCO members, is expecting that trolley to be out and rolling around by 8am (hehehe, rolling around, sounds like its moving on its own! =P ) Okok, keep side tracking...
Hmm...so when it came to deco the doughnuts, Chef got the two mixed up. There's Apple Doughnut, coated in Cinnamon Sugar, and Raspberry Doughnut that is suppose to be coated with Icing Sugar. But then Chef wanted it coated with Choc for this whole month cos that is the duration this whole Choc Buffet thingy will last. And that goondoo deco it wrongly, Apple with Choc, and Raspberry with Sugar!!! And the bloodyhell thing is that he joking blamed me! Hmm...maybe he thought it was funny, but i didn't find it funny one bit...so later on, when everything was settled, i started on the cake counter and the cake orders. May jie had a cake order with me today and she was collecting it at ard 3pm. So i had quite a lot of time to spare. The first cake order was at 12pm earliest, but latest was 6pm, and that is one of our owner, Mr Gan's cake. A Durian Mousse cake btw, he always orders that. After that there's 2 Choc Crunchy, one for a guest, and one for May jie. So slowly la...i did...starting with Cake counter first, then leading to Cake order.
By the time everything was done, it was time to set the trolley for the Choc trolley in the afternoon. Starts at 2pm. Shee Lee came down to hlep Chef out too. There was me after i completed my work. Soon, as time flies, soon it was 4pm. Told Chef this morning that i wanted to leave by 4pm the latest. Hehehe. Reason best known to me!

So when May jie and Francis came to collect the cake, they even offered to wait for me and gimme a life home too. Aww...so sweet right... So after that, upon reaching Jurong area, it was raining cats and dogs! Hoping at that time that the house windows were all closed, if not, DIE AR...must mop the house later~ but heng ar...they were all closed.
*Got abt 3 hrs till i can hear baby's voice. The feeling is killing me slowly, missing him so much*
Okok, back, so after reaching home, on the computer, then there was a msg from this guy who actually msg me last night too. While i was with Dean, this unknown guy msg me, saying that he got my no. from a guy name Lim, whom i have no idea who the hell he is. And it turned out to be Gerrard. Another guy i know from net. Haiz. Regretted giving him my no. But then it was a long time ago thingy. (So Baby, cannot be angry with me ar!) So this guy continues to msg me, asking whether can be frenz, asking whether i can send my pic, and i was so tempted to ask him whether he wants a punch from my boyfriend!! Wahahaha...well, its not like Baby would punch him (^_^). So i ignored him totally. Never reply any msg. Only some.
*Yawn* Just had my dinner, 'Hor fun' but then bee hoon one. So filling. Now typing my bloggy, and then gonna rest a while till 11 plus, then can talk to Baby!!! Next week i'm off on Thu. Audrey jie wants to treat me makan. Cos the last time i treat her. Haha. Will think abt it. But most prob ok. Provided i got free time with Baby after that~! I only get to meet him once a week at least. But one thing that i'm happy abt is that Baby told his mummy abt us le!! His mummy interrogated him and asked him to spill the beans. So he did. And everything turned out well, to our surprise! Baby was like telling me that now he can bring me home le~ Wahaha...so happy. Argh...getting sleepy le. Today work non-stop wor. Kk la.
