Woah...today is a damn tiring day man! On Fri, i worked 2 shifts. From morning 7am to night 11:30pm. There was a big function with quite a number of VIPs. So we had to prepare many plates of dessert. Total of 250 plates. The thing which made the whole plate of dessert hard to deco, is the fruits. So stupid!! Its decorated by Chritopher. People already rushing like hell, and he still wants the fruits to be decorated in a complex way. Strawberries, Physallis, Blueberries and Raspberries, all lined up alternately, all cut in halves except for the Raspberry. So complex, and then still plus the chocolate dessert, both White one and Dark one. Haiz, the menu is something like Dark and White choclates with plum coulis. So we finished everything, dessert went out at around 11:05pm. By the time i finish clearing up everything, it was almost 11:30pm. But luckily that goondoo Christopher send me home, he send both Chef and i home. Chef staying in Jurong East, whereas both Chris and i, we're in the West. So we're all nearby.
The next day also work morning, which was yesterday, and we worked till abt 6 plus. And then today, work till 5 plus again. But i feel so bad cos today Ji Ee wanted to 'blanjah' us for dinner cos tmr's her birthday. And i didn't go!! Well, i'm too tired. So i doubt i could throughout the whole dinner! ~hehehe~
